If it’s 100% type checked and you’re still hitting massive numbers of type related runtime errors, it probably isn’t 100% checked.

90% of the “coupons” at Safeway are “digital deals”. You have to use the app to scan the barcode in store just to get a regular price. Fast food is the same, don’t order through the app and you get ripped off. You’re not forced to use an ap

Dude is a fraudster. Leaving aside the $13M he scammed, why would he face torture if he was returned to his home country? > CAT Deferral (Deferral of Removal under the Convention Against Torture)

I’m sorry, but how can you demonstrate that there is no fraud when the identity of people voting is not verified? You simply can not. At best you can say the ballots cast are all for registered voters, but not that they actually cast them.

The idea that people are unable to get IDs is an absolute myth. You need it to for basically everything a normal adult does.

USPS already handle passport applications no? It’s where I went for my kids and they verify all the documents or whatever.

Instead they have a house that they paid 40k for and is worth millions now. Younger generations won’t have that.

How would it even be possible? How could it automatically know you met in person and what you did? Or you had a phone call with someone (at least on iOS, access to call logs is not allowed)? Or any other interaction?

The person charging you more than you think is reasonable in hindsight doesn’t make it a scam? It also doesn’t mean you can do a chargeback?

Sadly does not apply to political organizations, which is probably the largest source of spam “mail” (to mention nothing of text/sms spam). The amount of crap stuffed into my mailbox every election season is insane.

What? This has nothing to do with encrypting each secret separately and requiring presence for decryption. Which I think is a good idea, it just has terrible UX.

I’m really not sure what you’re trying to say? You have some magic device that can tell when you want you reencrypt everything for new devices versus just accessing your passwords? This doesn’t exist.

Sticky notes is probably absolutely fine security wise if you’re not in an office/shared space.

Apples SE doesn’t let you load a key, so you have to reencrypt your secrets for every Apple device you want them on… requiring hundreds of touches. The UX just sucks, which is why it’s not a thing.

You can’t have a good UX with this setup, which is why none of the major password mangers do it.

If your PR has more than one commit, each one should be deployable in isolation. Which means you can split your giant PR into smaller ones that can be reviewed independently.

Why would you have more than one commit for a PR? That sounds like crazy town.
