There are so many streaming providers right now, no wonder people are turning to torrents. It's almost easier UX-wise to set up Transmission and Plex once, than manage 5 sets of subscription, apps on all your devices and credentials to

For firefox there is this extension to protect yourself from AMP: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/amp2html/ Works on mobile too. The downside is that page redirection takes some time.

Just opening a new tab, when you have a lot of tabs open, is slow on Firefox. Chrome is also much better for web video. Sites like Youtube and twitch.tv perform better on Chrome. I don't have any benchmarks on hand, but that's how

It doesn't perform well on my Mac. No hw accelerated video (and still kinda slow) when I run Linux. I've tried multiple times, and as much as I like what Mozilla is doing for privacy on the web, I keep coming back to Chromium.

My point is that it's a big competition for him. Bear has a development team and it's $1.49 monthly, even cheaper if you buy annually (I know that that it leverages iCloud, but even then - you can spend 1$ and get 50 gigs of stora

Yeah, but Bear has this huge following around it already and is OSX native, although it is missing e2e encryption support so Inkdrop has this going for it. As for me I'm just using sublime text with a bunch of plugins and Markor on my
