Maybe I'm wrong and it is a very valuable tool I should be using. I just haven't seen it used in my industry over the past 2 decades. All I have heard about are major problems arising with use of this kind of software. Surely that

Let’s say you are working on a paper with 6 coauthors for a major medical journal, hypothetically. Dr. So and so in Russia, another in Japan, a third in California, and a few others. Would you mind reviewing this draft? Oh, yeah, by the way

Fair enough, but not every client is going to want to use the same operating systems, processors, be allowed to install third party software, etc. This might work in a strictly academic setting with few stakeholders, but in professional pub

I write a lot of academic papers and never use this kind of software. EndNote creates uneditable references and slows down Word, Zotero had some limitations after which they charge a monthly fee, and none of the reference libraries are easy

I worked in community pharmacy for several years, but transitioned into medical communications and later started a small company of my own after several years of experience in that industry.

I am a pharmacist and in the past found this useful and quicker for accessing up-to-date product labels. I might update this to deduplicate the MD5 hashes and prioritize the brand labels over the repackagers.

Frequent exposures to infrequent events tend not to occur even once in 37% of populations. The ratio is the same as 1/e. I wonder if that is what is going on here?

Not arguing for this approach, mind you, just that it is a low-cost approach, so I am surprised nobody has attempted it yet. I would be curious what you know about it or the researchers that leads you to be doubtful of the approach.
