Get them from Aliexpress instead. I think you can find both genuine RTL-SDR devices and of course all sorts of clones. Some clones may also have better features and specs. I bought a clone RSP1 and it works very well.

Grbl on esp seems to be not really a thing. You can however go the Arduino nano and el-cheapo CNC board + drivers for less than $20 or so. You can usually also plug in an Hc-05/hc-06 Bluetooth module if you want it wireless. Beware tha

It used to fly very close to over our family house when I was growing up. At about 6pm a few times a week iirc. It was very noticeably louder than other aircraft.

That's a fair point I suppose that docker itself doesn't provide a declarative config for starting containers. But that is also true of a whole bunch of tools which only either provide cli or config but not both

I don't think that's really a docker problem. Its more about the instances of software that you want to run together. e.g. nginx in isolation is useless. But is really useful when you want to expose a bunch of other services on a
