The compiler doesn't know the dynamic state of the CPU memory hierarchy and you don't want it to. Even the CPU doesn't know until it finds out how long a load will take. Meanwhile the CPU probably can't do a loop invaria

VLIW came with an implication that static scheduling would win out. The deeply OoO chips you see now have a very different architecture to support that: Itanium was much more a DSP like thing.

Four entered the garden: Ben Azzi, Ben Zoma, Acher and Akiva. One looked and died. One looked and was harmed. One cut down all the trees. And one entered in peace and departed in peace.

No it is not. Senior management often has a barely disguised contempt for engineering and spending money to do a better job. They listen much more to sales complain.

Well, we can split up the credential into multiple ones sharing a serial number to fix the array signing. To bind to NIST there are some solutions based on ZkAttest (which got fixed, I made a few mistakes in it) to show signature under ECDS

I'm not sure sumcheck and MPC in the head are that easy for undergraduates. By contrast cup products are pretty standard in topology and that's where the pairing comes from.

You mean like the SF city government? This is stuff that a lot of people enjoy doing and taking photos of. The headquarters of a lot of startups are in what used to be the leather neighborhood.

Are these the same proof? If I let U_i be the interval of length 1/10^(i) centered on f(i), than what I'm saying is pick a different decimal digit to avoid this particular real.
