If two global shutter cameras take a scene at the same time, they would have the same image. If they don't, then they wouldn't. Global shutter cameras are also not new. CCD sensors are global shutter and we used to use CCD sensors

Yes, it does! But while I have not used them yet, the approach used by them (via SGML tags) is not new and many libraries / XLST have done it before in the past 20+ years and I find the approach usable at best. It's too verbose fo

No, React exists because there was a need for a template engine that’s easy to use. There is still no global standard for templates. Just like mustache, Twig, Java Server Pages, Jinja, ERB… every language has this problem. You have a bunch

I’m sorry but are you trying to speak for all highly educated and technical people? Because as far as I know, I’m both and I find Google just as good as ever, if not much better. The only place I see people complaining about Google is Hacke

Religion isn’t about any one thing. For some, it’s a sense of community and meeting people. For others, it’s doing right by a greater power. Then there are those who do it because they’ve always done it. Some do it because it gives a depend

No, DC is more efficient over long distances than AC. AC transmission has huge losses due to capacitive effects caused by the alternating current. AC also has WORSE voltage drop than DC because it exhibits something called the skin effect t

Their cities are also much older. Tokyo is like 400-600 years old. They ran out of undeveloped land long ago and were forced to increase density. At least in California, cities are like 50-150 years old at best. Lots of cities are only ru

This is a universal human thing I find. Once something is made or built, we fucking hate change. And change is also super expensive because you now have to tear down what was built. A lot of countries got bombed during WW2 and got a fresh s

What you’re saying is true but people will switch defaults easily if the default is much better. It’s just RARELY new products are much better. For some reason, the other search engines are not really better. Microsoft probably spent millio

The writing makes it conspiratorial. It’s law enforcement companies trying to lobby for increased chat control. They’re doing it via a scummy way of NGO fronts. That is not really a conspiracy in the classic sense of something crazy. Lobbyi

You need an abstract if you are looking up a topic and you’re scanning through articles though, and I think even if articles didn’t have abstracts, people would still link to papers to spin a narrative. I think this all really the cost of a

But you can do that already. DNS, ARP, TCP/UDP, and IP are all completely optional. Just write a program to send and receive Ethernet frames. I believe it doesn’t have to contain IP.
