I give the forms junk data now to make it expensive for them to maintain. I only ever hit the form once, but I have heard of people writing bots to hammer these forms in the realm of hundreds or thousands of submissions.

It took me going to this page to understand what was going on, I assumed it was a web server test. The report was more pratical too, telling me what I'm protected against, not just a bunch of yes/no things that I have to go refere
