I use waveapps too and I'm pretty sure they're Mechanical Turking their receipt transcription. Sometimes it takes too long for it to be an automated process.

If it had happened in Canada the cost is zero. We don’t have deductibles or anything like that for these sorts of surgeries. Drugs yes, operations no.

Ontario isn't 100% fee-for-service. GPs are capitated, they are paid by how many patients are enrolled on their roster. It's the specialists who are paid fee-for-service - but yes your point stands, perhaps its not the best model

To piggyback on this, MJ played in a very different NBA. Today's NBA is much more offense friendly. No hand-checking, much less physical play allowed. Jordan would be shooting 50 FTs a game if he played in today's NBA.
