This shouldn't be a hard and fast rule for everything. Be treated as guidelines and allow the programmer some wiggle room to reuse variables in situations that make sense.

You can write the tests first and tell the AI to do the implementation and give it some guidance. I usually go the other direction though, I tell the LLM to stub the tests out and let me fill in the details.

There are laws in almost ALL states that say you can not have a fire close to a structure. Here in Texas, it's 100 yards from any structure. A fence counts as a structure.
