This list of things telco monopolies see as competition is nicely summarized by the blue part of this picture : http://toddbell.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/Earthrise.jpg And they're getting reall

Since animal's size is encoded in a few genes that are specifically marked to evolve very quickly, any ill effects (for non-extreme settings) would be extremely unlikely. Besides, mutations in those genes exist without manipulation too

I mean that these bugs only solve the "break out of the sandbox" issue. They do not get your code on to the machine to exploit. In other words these flaws are the equivalent of "I can upload code, how do I get to shell access

Please note that the only way to exploit these vulnerabilities is you've already got your code executing on the machine you intend to break. The only thing this allows you to do is to break out of the java sandbox, and keep in mind tha

Here's how you recognize "brave" people : they don't exist. There's 2 groups of people in Syria : those who have no choice, on both sides, and criminals hiding behind religion. Now why both sides have no choice is s

First, there does not exist a known logical system that is more complex than first order logic. In order for such a system to exist, it would at the very least be able to prove it's own consistency, otherwise it's merely a wild gu

The point was that there is no real-word type system that can guarantee non-null pointers (not even Haskell's). You cannot do allocation reliably in the real world, and if your type system guarantees that, it is simply wrong.

This is the mathematician's argument. It boils down to the unfairness of having to execute programs on real hardware with real constraints. Well, that doesn't work in the real world obviously. Especially memory allocations WILL fa
