Thanks for taking the time to respond. I'll consider your point. Although, just like a few other responses here it has the smell of a red herring to it, by shifting the focus from a inconvenient message to the form of that message.

“Some farms”. That’s the crux. I would not believe the "small family farm is OK" myth. If only people would be exposed to what’s really going on anywhere else in enormous & secretive animal industry - not just some cherry pic

Eggs may be full of shit... but Peta? That's too easy to say. Don't kill the messenger.

It's a clickbaity title indeed. But a pretty complete picture. Not a pleasant read of course. I'm sure you can find other sources yourself that offend you less than Peta does.

As I said: science is not unanimous regarding that, but I think my other arguments are more important. And personally I don't care about the debate around the nutritional value of eggs. I just avoid animal products because I don'

It doesn't take much of a search to find many strong contra arguments to your reply. https://www.peta.org/features/egg-industry-cruelty/

It’s true that you can’t just go plant based by just ditching the animal based components: you have to substitute them. But that’s an increasingly easy thing to do these days. From my perspective, your point can be regarded as a myth. But e

With “it’s better for yourself” I’m not just referring to nutrition. Animal agriculture is devastating for the world, including the environment around you. Also I think for most (dare I say ‘well informed’) people it would be an ethical rel

No. The answer is to stop consuming eggs. Better for yourself, the animals and the planet.

I use Parallels, VMware, UTM and Wine-based solutions for a bunch of applications and games. If you don't mind a bit of tinkering here and there the results can be pretty good.

Unfortunately booting into Windows is not possible on Apple Silicon Macs yet. But there are many other options to run Windows or Windows software - including AAA games.

Because doubling the sample rate would half the playing time of a CD, or require twice the density, while not bringing any audible increase in quality for the human ear.

I don't get why so many people fell for Spotify. To me, from the moment it launched there were so many red flags, like dark patterns everywhere and terrible UX-design decisions. Clearly a business that does not care at all about qualit

You can easily "convert" wide angle photos to "normal" photos by just cropping out at least 50% of the wide angle photo. Try it with your smartphone: make two pictures from exactly the same position, one with your wide

Thanks for the report, I appreciate you gave it a try. Thinking about it I doubt if I would like the album very much if I'd hear it for the first time now myself. But way back when it became an instant classic for me. TMR not so much..

I dare you to try once more with the album Shiny Beast. IMO this is the best starting point in to Beefheart. Fun fact: I never liked rock music, close to hating it. I'm into soul, disco, jazz, hiphop and house. But Shiny Beast is one o
