No - it would be better to have those 100 people living down near where they work - in Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Fremont, Santa Clara, Milpitas, etc. The GBus only solves a problem it creates currently.

The inclusion of stock options as part of the payroll tax is a fairly recent interpretation of the tax code in SF. While I agree with your general feeling on tax cuts, this should be seen as a new tax that should never have been implemented
