   I think the author means "senior" as a concept (For varying levels of seniority, from senior, to staff, and beyond.) and not just a point on a progression path. #1 Running meeting and knowing how they work is a really good skill

   And its a real pain if you have a complex condition that spans trusts /organizations. I have contact with 3 / 4 trusts and they have difficulty looking at each others records - also blood tests across trusts are non standard.

   Well I use a an actual Shure dynamic mic and unless you get close 3 inches or so it pics up nothing - this is not you crappy laptop mic or 19.99 headset.

    Normally shares are not taxed as income in the UK dependent on how they are structured -dividends are though. To follow on it is easy to hit the limit on dividend allowance if you have shares outside of your ISA
