Not sure SW can do BP monitoring yet otherwise hospitals would have switched to them for doing patient OBS. That's the regular checking of BP /Pulse temps etc done in hospitals if our on 4h getting woken in the middle of the night

It does seem to be a thing with younger developers, who want to stay wfh and just work on jira tickets. Any sensible developer learns early on that mostly the coding is the easy stuff - what Is the problem I am solving here?

Just opening a PR ? some time you have to step a way from a laser focus on JIRA and GitHub. As a newbie at a FANG its going to take at least 9 months to a year to get that familiar with such a large code base. And most of being a developer

Really I am not convinced - I know a UK expat (worked for Citi bank) and he was paying well over 15% just for heath care just for him - and his wife already had federal benefits (Something senior in the FBI)
