Unfortunately the repository (as suggested by the screenshot[1]) seems to be private: https://github.com/github/help-docs I assume that's because they may be documenting upcoming features before they are announced

I normally use the torrentz.com meta search engine and go with the torrent with the most seeds. It then shows me all the sites that have that torrent, and I pick one whose name I recognize. Works like a charm.
