I keep mine in a brain wallet. I can lose my house and my bank account, but my coins will always be in my head (and anyone else's head I share it with). That's something to think about.

Nice, I like it! Pretty easy to use. Only problem is that I couldn't download any file =) When I try downloading a file, it just shows a green box saying it downloaded.

There are clients, like Electrum and MultiBit, that don't require downloading the whole blockchain. The average person should be using these, IMO, not trusting any e-wallets.

What do you think of partnering with Coinbase or Bitpay to allow bitcoin payments to be deposited into the "escrow" account as USD? The only question would be how refunds would work, but certainly there can be a solution to that.
