   Ok im clearly still missing something. Git uses master on its own for the master branch. Master has multiple meanings, only one of which is not racist, but insensitive to use. Bitkeeper, an earlier vcs uses the terminology master/slave

    How is master in terms of git racially charged? (The article doesnt explain) Its the master copy/record. Its not the same as like the db master slave which i totally think needs looking at.

    Master/slave Im not talking about where words come from, im talking about where and why it was applied to the master slave database concept when primary/replica or write/read actually conveys far more meaning off the bat.

    No,my point was that certain power structures encourage corruption. Hell maybe they all do. Maybe that is why modern day democracy actually works (checks and balances) and has very little to do with comunism vs capitalism.
