This is very much on a case-by-case basis. Unless by toolbar you mean the menubar at the top of screen which changes for each application.

My current Macbook has TouchID. It's just about the most useless thing they could do to a programmer's keyboard. The keyboard action sucks too. I wanted to go with the most recent release though, so I kept it. ::message typed from

This was my experience as well. I'm guessing the iCloud / app store integration stuff is even more screwed up now than it was when I built a Hackintosh. Not saying it didn't work, but I had to jump through a lot of hoops to g

I love type hinting! Also using it quite a bit. Although, that's part of my desire to work with a stronger-typed language... I'm putting in all this effort to annotate Python, I'd probably get much higher application performa

I didn’t listen to much of this, but the two seconds I heard “I guess it’s all the..” there’s definitely clear artifacting from either auto-tune or compression on the word “all”. And I’m listening on an iPhone. Not a pro editor, but I know

Cool... Unfortunately in practice it's easy to find a list of best practices, much harder to implement in a scalable and durable manner on any project of sufficient size, especially if working with a legacy codebase.

Keep at it. What you can learn on-the-job from experience is much more valuable than anything you can learn in a dev bootcamp or through other avenues, IMO. I doubt you need many fancy "algorithms" to write complex ETL application
