Excellent turnaround, thanks so much! As soon as the update drops I’ll dig back in — but it’s impressive thus far, can’t wait to see how it develops. No pressure also, but FCPX support in addition to Adobe would be amazing.

Just purchased and testing it out now alongside Kino AI ( https://trykino.com ), which is very similar but a bit more Video Editing focused. Great thus far, but one question -- is there a good way to remove a directory from DD&#x2

I hope this doesn’t come off as snide, but is there a positive trait that abusive people won’t abuse for their own benefit? In my view, if there is one I’ve yet to encounter it. Which would suggest it’s largely the responsibility of each

The MMA market is a near monopoly. Ask the employees of the WWE (née WWF) whether that constitutes an abusive relationship.

It’s a division of markets similar to the auto industry: you see tons of Camrys customized with after market parts, but very rarely a BMW/Lexus similarly tricked out.

I agree that there are many stories where the fade away works just fine. I’m a bit baffled at the use of The Americans in this context though. It is distinctly not one of those stories, but one where each such scene — down to the literal bl

I’d hardly characterize it as “perfectly normal”, although it is definitely a frustrating issue that provokes a great deal of controversy domestically (and seems to induce strangely aggressive statements from a great many folks commenting f

Dude this is perfect. I’ve been looking for a modern image optim on and off for years. Thank you for putting in this effort, this will be a huge timesaver for me.

Infuse offloads transcoding to the client device, so you can use a low powered NAS with an appleTV for example.

Thank you for these excellent links, the added context to that design process is deeply satisfying.

Beautifully stated. At this point, with so many sources of unavoidable artificial light, it feels like a basic education in the way light behaves is critical for everyone so they can keep themselves sane.

This looks awesome and like a ton of fun. Are there any pictures of the actual device anywhere? I'm very interested but a liiiitttle hesitant to drop $200 without even knowing what it looks like.

By any chance does that include interoperability with the ext2 implementation used on theater projectors? Not a gotcha, if that’s been solved that would make my life tremendously easier.

Anybox (on Mac and ios) also supports SingleFile, presenting as a WebDAV server for archives to be saved. It’s flawless and hugely convenient in my experience.
