It seems like a stepping stone. The idea of accepting that sort of full freedom is frightening to people not familiar with it. If a someone trained to evaluate mental health can be standing by saying "yes its worked, they've benef

Whenever I see things like this, it reminds me of articles about VR being dead and how its obviously not actually useful or interesting. It has always had potential to be a currency, but it requires a context of use in order to actually f

I honestly consider it a virtue to complain in such a situation. It might seem like it has negative consequences, but the reason I went to the restaurant and not another is because of an expectation they'll do their job as advertised.

I think you're right, its a sort of pseudo3d. Its a 3D presentation of a 1D (2D environment) perspective. Cut a horizontal row of pixels from the center of the screen and you have its flatland point of view.

Having tried the oculus quest, I'm quite terrified that FB will rise back as the central VR provider. They've got the best user experience as far as that goes right now, and Zuckerberg has made it clear thats going to be a future

There is a sort of proto community. A community that wants to be, but isn't because nobody started doing that yet. The point of it of course is that, if such a proto community doesn't exist, its going to be very difficult for a co
