I find the author to be looking at ORM the wrong way, the way I see it: ORM just gives you basic features that you would probably write yourself, you still have need SQL for more complex stuff. Basically it's just a standard way to do the b

According to this article, every touch screen phone is an "IPhone clone", with that being said, I fail to take this article seriously. Of course the domain name suggests the potential bias towards Apple and Oracle, who's leader is a friend

I think the last thing JS needs is classes...., it's too dynamic and non-classical in nature for that. I fear JS will turn into the new C++.

Just create a .NET library that generates HTML and JS, you know like GWT and leave it be. If not Microsoft, someone will probably create one, there is no reason for all this rage.

This should be the mainline version, a lot of good stuff especially the new array syntax.

You can't just arrest the leaders of Anonymous, because it has no leaders, this is the whole point of it. These goverment people fight back the only way they know: propaganda.

Old windows user? you can crash a brand new Windows 7 with a "rouge" application. :) Just try Starcraft - Broodward on a Windows 7 64 bit, it will randomly crash your system to the point where you have to manually reset the system. Yes I kn

Well that kind of renders this entire thing pointless. They either make this an open patent free standard or they shouldn't even bother with it.

Forgot about those. Also I didn't know that they were actually faster. In very simple classes I think the explicit getters and setters get the job done. Of course if you want to invoke it a lot your solution is a lot better. I was mainly de

> Avoid writing naive setters and getters You might as well avoid double-quote strings while you are at it. The test had 1 000 000 iterations which means that you won't gain more than a few micro/miliseconds by doing this. I would call

I's not an all or nothing package, I mean if you have blogs and articles, you will need the traditional URLs, but if you have a single page application, then you need hashbangs, there is no traditional way of achieving this, let's say all y

I as a web developer really like this, users shouldn't be required to do all these chores of upgrading every simple app, especially web browsers, though to be reasonable they should get an opt out option, in case they want to do it manually

The first step to learning JavaScript is to forget about class-ical OOP, you can't write good code if you start forcing class-ical concepts on JavaScript, it's a prototypical language encouraging people to treat it as something else is wron
