It's probably next to impossible to imagine an end goal. There will always be 'crazies'. I assume that most people would like to be treated by their characters. If everyone just started doing that, wouldn't the world be

Being from the UK (living in the US now), I've never used the term 'hey guys', with my English accent it would sound like I'm being a fake or trying to hard to be hip. Likewise, there's not a chance in hell I can pu

This is probably obvious, but you might want to get your yearly checkup at your doctors (GP). They'll probably take a blood sample and check 'levels'. Might give you a clue on how to proceed.

I don't know where you get your definition of a vegetarian. Eating meat 1.6% means your NOT a vegetarian, it just means your 'mostly' vegetarian. I'm not saying there's nothing wrong with people eating meat, but mos

Depends what kind of death you're trying to avoid. :) BMI is not the 100% indicator of being healthy. i.e. you can still be 'skinny as a rake' and be type-2 diabetic.

I think I read what would our poor great-great-grandparents think of the food we eat today? What did they eat, meat rarely (they couldn't afford it all the time), mostly vegetables (mostly home grown), salad-stuff, beans, maybe fruit a

Plant-based food generally means whole grain, minimally or unrefined. The things you mention wouldn't fall under that category, just vegetarian junk food.

I don't believe 'plant-based diet' means 'vegetarian'. Generally plant-based, means whole, unrefined, or minimally refined ingredients. i.e. french fries, oreos are all vegan but are refined.

That's a broad stroke you're painting! Maybe a lot of people want to try and be a 'vegetarian' (I dunno to sound cool?), try it for 3 months and fail constantly. These aren't vegetarians, just pretentious. I've

I get frustrated how long it takes to get my ideas onto paper, so I write really-really fast, mostly giving up quality for speed. I find if I conscientiously try and write slower, it markedly improves.
