For those using fb mostly as a directory/contacts books, I highly recommend FB Purity. In fact I'm surprised no one has mentioned it yet. It lets you filter out certain posts or in my case, put in a bit of custom CSS to never show

The gulf between perceived and actual mobile phone usage is huge even now. People are willing to do a lot more on their phones than we expect. We have a long-ish sign up form for Car Quids yet half of our completions are done on mobile too.

One of Dinnr's selling points was same day or next day delivery. I think that sort of just-in-time direct from farmer delivery model would have required longer lead times between receiving and fulfilling orders.

Great to see organisations like Zidisha going through YC. This is more evolutionary than revolutionary as far as microfinance is considered (for reasons below), and that's a good thing because there is no need to reinvent the wheel. 1)
