Mastodon don't even have a proper search.

by vitorgrs 3y ago
Is there any tracker? I Know that there's on Mastodon and Threads...
423.
by vitorgrs 3y ago
Not really the same because you need to... download Threads. It's just a sign in button. Tell me. Do you know what's Facebook Lasso? It was also a FB app that used FB login. You remember Flash app? Why it flopped? What about IGTV?

You can be anonymous on threads. Both on Threads and Instagram. Only on Facebook you can't, I believe.

Don't BlueSky already have like, 200k users?
426.
by vitorgrs 3y ago
You can use the same number fine. You can even create different accounts based on your main one too.
427.
by vitorgrs 3y ago
"Apart from it being different, is the same", I mean, obviously....

Doesn't seem likely that mastodon.social will block it (and they are the largest)

Weird, in Brazil is the other way! Graffiti in Brazil is art, for vandalism we call pixação.

Just tried to create an account right now and had the same issue, they though it was a spam account... how is that so restrictive and yet Instagram is full of bots?

by vitorgrs 3y ago
Mastodon don't have a functional search. So we start there lol
432.
by vitorgrs 3y ago
Not really rumors. it's already in the code! "Soon, you'll be able to follow and interact with people on other fediverse platforms, such as Mastodon" Found in the app strings.

Making it harder to share Thread's Handles will only make people... want to share them.

Midjourney IMO still better (especially because it can do hands), but this actually come pretty close. I created some amazing pictures with it already!

Most sites/apps use Stable Diffusion, yes. Custom model of these, because the base model of SD 1.5/2.1 is really... heh, complicated to say the least.
436.
by vitorgrs 3y ago
Is not. SDXL can do text, at least some type of text.
437.
by vitorgrs 3y ago
That's because they are actually comparing old version of SDXL vs new one. The old version already improved things... The real comparison should be with SD 1.5/2.1, and is WAY better.

No, unfortunately, because I would actually want infinite scrolling.

Are you sure the Bing settings are right? You can change the page results language, and I guess it affects the chat answers... It's fine here in Brazil.

Yeah. I remember how Microsoft Build Keynote got very boring (for me) after 2016> or so, that for some reason, all that it was demo-ed was basically Azure+AI, usually both together. Before, Microsoft Build was more about Windows...

First, use Creative/Precise. Second, use /no-search or #nosearch and it won't search and will give proper GPT4 "offline" answers. But anyway, the internet search is pretty useful, it's one of the few things fro

It's still rolling out to browsers. it's on flighting fase, not general available. Each browser will have a different flight configuration and set of features... Cleaning cookies might help get you in the flight.

by vitorgrs 3y ago
They are rolling out to other browsers starting this week, slowly (these dumb troll rollout)

There's three modes. Balanced is awful, the other two are good (Creative and Precise). Balanced run a faster optimized model, that is dumber.

by vitorgrs 3y ago
Yeah, for Firefox there's a reason. It was even broken a few weeks ago there (the scrolling)

In the latest 5-6 years the stock was basically zero-d. And the previous government even wanted to close CONAB. Now I believe they will return to stock commodity and stuff again, but there's a lot of pressure from agrobusiness to not s

In the 80's, Embrapa (same research agency) discovered a way to grow Soy in the Midwest/cerrado... And that's how today Brazil is the largest soy exporter in the world. Before the 80's, soy was only grown in the South o
