I think you're looking for simonw's llm python tool [1]. It allows you to do things like `cat script.py | llm -c 'describe what this python script does'`. You're able to run LLM APIs, local models, multimodals, etc.

This is very common in Brazil. Most carriers give free WhatsApp and Facebook access. As many Brazilians are in the cheapest plans, this basically mean that that's all they can access on their phones.

I usually use "non-developer", as that's what it means to me most of the time. I find it hard to call a data analyst (for example), who can be highly technical, as a non-technical person.
