To a degree they would not have been invented with out the weapon. For example thorium reactors are designed in the 60s. The US ignored them because we couldn’t make weapons from their waste. The only reason thorium even got started was we

The invasiveness is still necessary. We want to get to the goodies. However we might be able to know what’s there without having to manually dig first.

Why make the act of consumption illegal? If I am a functioning alcoholic, and I stay at home and work, no reason to arrest me. Same is true with weed and all the other drugs. If I become a danger while intoxicated, arrest me for that. I don

Depends on the insurer too. Riots might not be covered. Neither was pandemic. Sucks to be a small business right now. Anyone got first hand experience with SBA loans?

Remember, Obama order the extrajudicial killing of an American because he was a member of a terrorist organization. Terrorism is a crime in the United States. Hence there should have been an attempt to arrest.

It is for cops. IA has to proceed with an investigation following specific rules. Like if the cop is questioned without a union rep that evidence might get tossed.

That’s already happened. Conservatives don’t do social media as much as the left. Voat and gab haven’t taken off.

I want to use Dart for all of it. Recently Dart has a compiled version. Another project integrates this with AWS Lambda. Might be nice.

My team picked up NestJS as we've moved from Spring Boot/Java to Node Lambdas. The ability to use CDK + NestJS to deploy a single Lambda to handle a few endpoints is amazing. NestJS allows us to write code more in the Clean Archit

Probably none. They will sue saying you left to avoid taxes. The California courts will agree with the State. Now you get to pay taxes in both localities.

The trouble is where do they draw the line. Say I share a pamphlet about how Jesus reclaims humanity from the corruption of sin. If Google thinks all Christians are superstitious bumpkins, does that give them the right to remove my public s

It is. People are still getting sick. They are dying in greater numbers. They are getting Vitamin D which actually helps with fighting. But they are mildly discomforted.

You can use one lambda to handle multiple API gateway requests. Route to ANY. Then have a bridge that connects to your favorite language router. We do this all the time with NestJS. The down side is you burn some cash when someone calls a 4

We’re living in fear. Either herd immunity works or it doesn’t. If it does, end lockdown, take our lumps, and move forward. If it doesn’t, and lockdown, take our lumps, and move forward. Otherwise we’re living a half life where we slowly di

I don’t think this was ever a real thing. DC-10 had terrible problems. When you bought a car in the 50-60s you’d have a notepad in the car and write down the issues you found. You’d then have warranty work. I agree with your goals but let’s

What we’ve learned from this Corona scare is the best way to protect people is to incarcerate them in their own homes. Take guns and hard instruments from people. Isolate everyone into their own cell would reduce the murder rate to zero. Al
