The sorta part is a small problem. It makes my life easier if you have the gaming built in. (Also it might help your viral spread). I will definitely play with it.

It would be awesome if you guys took this to the next step: let me share my wifi to all my Facebook friends (or for some people anyone) as long as they have signed up to share their wifi with me as well. (Great idea. I also don't like the t

Firstly, lets make sure you do your day job well, and then others will (hopefully) follow. I do this in two steps: For interesting articles during work time I always save them for later. This is usually using Pocket (getPocket.com) but ther

You do have an ambiguous description - so my answer here is very general. Feel free to e-mail me (see my profile page) for a deeper discussion. My instinct is that you are getting a decent amount of ad revenue, and that you might be able to

I think your audience will likely be thinking: I believe you that your framework is better than Hibernate, but is it so much better that it will be worth my time to download it? to set it up? to learn how to use it? to train the entire team

The WHY is definitely important. But, it is also important to include the HOW the code works (as opposed to just WHAT the code does) and HOW to use the component. I find it useful to think of three four questions as a good checklist when re

I like it. It lets me see all the items at a higher level. The best part so far is that I can move groups into one another. Using it quickly makes me want a couple of features: - not needing drag n drop for something (like creating a new ta

My problem with such buttons is actually something slightly different: I often notice that on webpages that it looks like the page is interesting and I want to follow similar work, but I don't know how much noise is on the person's twitter

I think your conversion went up because users were able to easily see a demo of the product. I personally think that the tour (of your homepage) does is not much useful otherwise - it just goes through all the elements one by one, the graph

I wonder what would happen if you spend as much time on marketing as you spent on development. I am not sure which would be the best: perhaps blog posts, facebook activity, small ads, or guest posts on different sites. Or, what if you spent

It seems that the delay is in the variance in the length of the different jobs. Having slow jobs is generally not a good idea, and I can imagine that they are happening for uncommon tasks. When you are running a 100+ servers it seems like a

I think IntelliJ is definitely better than Eclipse - feature wise. However, it is really hard to beat free. I think the numbers show that 7 of 8 Java developers use Eclipse. This also means that third party providers are more likely to buil

So, basically to take advantage of Emacs/Vi you need to just restrict yourself to Lisp? I would hands down pick the right language for a project and then the editor. (I am actually a Vi guy, but switch to an IDE for any project that involve

Great idea, nicely executed. It seems that the price estimates are only for the flight costs (and not for lodging costs) - I was confused about this a little. I would love to see something similar for lodging costs as well.
