If you have too much inflammation and if you have a stressor that causes cortisol to go up, like lifting, the conversion of T4 to T3 may be disrupted and you have too much reverse T3 instead. This causes hypothyroidism two days later. Easy

I did. Spamming apps on the app store is not the same as a scam. If the apps work as advertised I don't see the issue.
