Buying the 1st generation of an apple product is never a great idea, if you are going to be pissed off about problems or future price drops. Its just something that hardcore apple fans expect from apple and love about apple. I try and let o

The state of the art is better than the rest but still does not work in every case. I think there is a lot of room for improvement.

people seem to confuse adding features to additions in the interface. Most of the times users are either subconsciously frustrated by a problem or that there isn't a solution for it yet (i.e. why someone else hasn't solved it yet). perfect

It might be a way to work out which idea is the most promising. I don't get the point of announcing the names let alone what their initial plans are.

You really need to have a problem in your mind that you want to solve. That makes the task a lot easier. As you can see progress. Test out that understanding. I bet you know more than you think you know. The purpose of a book like PCL is to

Which ever language you pick, try and pick up a book which shows you how to do functional programming in it. Try and do this before you start writing imperative programs. It's easier to go from functional to imperative than to go from imper

I think as there are no examples of a unique type of application on these platforms, it's hard to see what the point of them is. More over developing apps is still left to programmers (and a select group of them who are always interested in

I understand the idea, that creating a clone isn't the way to go. But I think their is nothing wrong with trying to solve the same problem. With the ipod, Apple realized that like with the mobile phone, how it looks is much more important t

How does paying 60K for 1.4 million users qualify as a bubble. It's just a few months salary for one developer. Slide has now hired a developer who created something that 1.4 million people wanted. Think of 60K as signing bonus. Hardly a bu
