I've been overweight my entire life, and honestly, I blame the Surgeon General in the 1980s for telling my mom that feeding me low fat foods (which end up being high carb foods) will make me skinny. Everyone believed this cargo cult "scie

Seemingly every other month, someone comes out with a "solar power breakthrough". This has been happening for the past 30 years and they never seem to follow through. I believe it when I see it for sale at walmart.

I couldn't find their fees anywhere on their website, so I can only assume they're going to charge the traditional 2+% + $.30 for each transaction. I'd much rather use Dwolla ( http://www.dwolla.com ). They charge $.25 flat. That's it. And

I don't know how WP7 is going to turn out in the consumer space, but once MS releases a deployment mechanism for the enterprise, I think it'll really take off. There are so many .net developers out there working a corporate job that WP7 bec

I participated in the startup weekend in Des Moines two weekends ago. It was a great experience, sure most of the groups won't be going anywhere but it is a phenomenal networking opportunity and its a great way of learning more about skills

I very distinctly remember my first instinct when learning how to ride a bike was to turn opposite of the fall. The same could be said for when I first learned how to drive on snow. It only takes a couple bad falls before your instinct chan

like the old saying goes, "its the worst system out there until you look at all the others". I'm sorry, but a subjective review by a principal definitely has problems (personal biases), but it is a HELL of a lot better than judging teachers

Excuse me, but calling his position so contrary to "reality" is asinine. The internet has thrived and flourished for the past 20 years specifically because of a lack of government regulation - I don't know why it is so hard to believe that
