I use a whiteboard for this, I use it as a calendar and TODO list. On one part I have my regular weekly schedule, on another a list of sporadic tasks, and then a list of things I want to accomplish.

The genotoxic edit was added by an IP editor citing an in-vitro study, I wouldn't pay much attention to it, you can find higher quality references on the article, for example this one: https://www.sciencedirect.com/scie

You can purchase a 3090 for $1000, assuming you're going to use it 24/7, at 450W you would use about 1000kWh, at $0.10 / kWh, it would pay itself in about 3 months.

Open Source captcha libraries are non-viable, you can train a NN on a few hours with a simple CNN architecture, there are some papers that describe how to do it.

Why would you trust the key if it was generated on the device? Anyone could generate a key. You would either need a centralized server to sign that key, in which case you have to trust a centralized company / government agency.

There's no way this would work, either the master encryption key would be leaked, or someone would reverse-engineer the chip. Also, what about someone putting a screen just in front of the sensor?

Depends on how sure you want to be that nobody is listening, it's not necessary for the yellow dot to be overridden, maybe the attacker is using the accelerometer to act as an improvised microphone.

Maybe we could do a blind test of the courts, sending them real and fake videos, and check which percentage of the videos are they really able to verify.

It doesn't has to be expensive, the files could be chunked in 1-day chunks for example, and a hash of all of them computed with a merkle tree.

Most MacBooks have a GPS antenna, so they will return pretty accurate location. And having a consistent API is important too, not having to care if your code is running on mobile or desktop is pretty nice.
