How does the app gather information about your outstanding tickets? Do you have to input them by hand? Does it scrape some public database, and if so do we have to wait for you to add our city in order for us to use it?

Is each user's index stored somewhere in their browser or on your servers? It would probably ease peoples' minds if they knew their history was stored locally, but I can see the performance hit that might make.

If the universities are smart and look at the MOOC's not as a competitor but as a partner, then higher-ed can improve. I'm a college student now and one of our school's math classes experimented with flipped teaching. I think
