on a personal level i'd suggest if possible to have a garden ,or if possible in your area and you don't have a garden buy a garden plot somewhere. this is really helpful if you make it nice for insects and birds. this is someting

isn't dns already decentralised? (apart form everyone basically using the same server(s) / google ?) you can just set up your own dns if you want to have your own mappings of ip->dn and vice versa. just set your dns to the serv

so many companies who offer these services since forever. verint, gamma, etc. etc. 1 or 2 binary sms sent and you have someones phone depending on your flavor of attack. sim card runs java. with sim pin you can even just send apdu requests

the conclusion is weak but true. people do tend to forget the cloud is also a bunch of computers, and they might fail. however, it's not an argument to avoid cloud entirely, and in that sense its weak as an argument against cloud.
