This interests me greatly cause I am trying to sell and then buy a house. The problem I see is that I can't tell your app that I don't want a down payment. I qualify for the VA loan which requires no down payment.

I agree. When I use vim, I just know the key to press to move around. I don't think "move to the next word -> w". I know I want to move the cursor and my fingers know where to be but not really what key I am pressing.

I think that is exactly why Mark Zuckerburg chose PHP when working on TheFaceBook back in 2003 and 2004. It was easy to write and deploy.

That isn't the takeaway I got. It was that Setuptools is broken, but so is pip and distutils2. Pip lost very worthwhile functionality that exists in setuptools, namely binary eggs.

I have heard of doing both, though I have not seen it yet in production. It gives the benefit of having to get the code and the database while also requiring dictionaries to be build per password.

That was my impression. It sounds like he is really just looking at all options to figure out what does and does not work and why. To that extent, he is building and modifying hardware to experiment while also working with manufacturers.

I can see it being perfect for my parents who use Facebook, email, and write documents. Also, I could be great for schools for the same reason or for some office workers that just need email and Google Docs. I think this fits with that othe

I have a coworker who is blind that gave a presentation a couple months ago about creating accessible websites. This isn't really about how to code; instead it is more about how to make websites accessible. He has a couple demos of using JA

Many providers have customized the OS for the look and feel along with adding their custom apps and settings including locking out tethering. One of the big advantages of 3.0 was it was suppose to provide an easier way to separate out the l

I think the point of about:memory in Firefox is not to a task manager, but to allow the developers to know what is going on. If I report a high memory issue, I can copy/paste about:memory into the bug. Now, on the other hand, I have been wa

A/B testing understanding might not be feasible, but in the end, they are trying to sell their plugin so A/B testing for signups or sales or something like sounds like a good correlation to understanding.

I love this question and have been using it lately though not tied directly to languages. It works great for frameworks and libraries (think Hibernate, Spring, etc) as well. I am uneasy about programmers who are passionate about a technolog

As a user of the project, I feel that it gives credibility to the project. The developers have shown that they are dedicated to the project's future instead of it just being their current itch to scratch.

This actually sounds like something Cisco would integrate into the Cius and any other Android devices they make. Though the Cius is built on 2.3 and a lot of effort would probably need to go into migrating to 4.0 (even to get to 3).
