Same experience when I studied in Germany. My house got broken into by a Bosnian migrant, with CCTV footage showing the face and all, brought it to the police but nothing came out of it, citing footage not enough to incriminate. Bs really.

Exactly. It’s almost impossible to not hit the free 5GB limit and get nagged to death about it being full. There’s really no easy way to offload data off Apple devices unless you pay for third party apps, again contributing revenue to App S

Kagi is great because SEO cargo cult haven’t caught up yet. Once Kagi gains traction I guarantee result quality will nosedive.

I think they’re trying to prevent people from developing hardware alternatives to Nintendo Switch, next logical step after stable emulators. Which basically proves Nintendo has little to no moat apart from laws preventing their executables

Can the laser in OP’s laser burn things? No? Point of my comment is to console OP’s concern with long term damage to his eyes. Some Windows Hello’s IR emitter is powerful enough I can see bright red blinking.

I guess you should be fine. My face gets blasted with point based IR day in and out by FaceID and Windows Hello and I can still see fine lol.

Feels condescending to assume people would not notice nor appreciate improvements. You’re technically correct phones have reached feature parity, but how refined are those features is another story. I can technically do whatever iPhones can

The LG Gram SuperSlim. I’ve accidentally brought it hiking in my bag. But it only comes with Intel unfortunately, and because of it it whines like a jet when browsing.

point your ns to CloudFlare and write a powershell script to update your AA records every 5 minutes, boom quasi static IP (from the PoV of the client anyway) Not 99.9999% uptime obviously but good enough.

What you said goes against what the other commenter have said, that is Swiss trains cannot inject late trains into the system because the tracks are used at capacity, I.e. there is no buffer for trains to “queue”. Every train is always at t

This guy isn’t wrong. Chromebooks are overpriced thin clients to Google’s services. Nothing more, nothing less. Once Google EoL your device (within a year or two lol) it’s as good as paperweight.

You’d be surprised at how entrenched Windows is in the machine automation industry. There are entire control systems algo implemented and run in realtime Windows, vendors like Beckhoff and ACS only have Windows build for their control softw

Word of caution for people trying to activate this outside the supported regions: it does not work, it just stays stuck at “Activating” state on iOS with no way to remove the eSIM.
