Yes but that 900M is deposited into another bank, who then loans out 90% and eventually the system loans out 9B. And the system is dominated by a few banks.

It's not so black and white. The world needs investors. IMO the real problem is with the the Federal Reserve and how it uses taxpayer money to support Wall Street when problems arise. I say let failed companies fail and end the fed.
