I’ve never seen a company reward a person for taking extreme risks. Usually they get coerced threatened or do it out of their own volition. The latter being very common just to make the big easier dispite being an hourly employee

TLDR the only way for kids to get the help they need is for the mentors to work outside the rules of the system. The system completely fails apart and fails to provide support into extended childhood that occurs between 18-25

Once the price to revenue ratio gets that out of wack it’s damn near impossible to grow out of and a correction is basically guaranteed eventually. Even if you grow into that valuation via inflation which is the only conceivable way to get
