Yes all of you are correct, but a larger issue is at the least there needs to be some working process in place. Ones we know that a working process is in place, then we can look into it and see how to take next steps however complicated the

Also if step 12 happens, (successful meaning more that 25 Million Valuation) i would believe one need not put lot of emphasis on steps after that.

Thanks for doing this Peter. I came across a rule like this. On h1b one has to get income only from visa sponsor and not from any other source. What is the logic behind this rule? How does this benefit anybody? How does this impact anybody?

Initial Setup is one of the challenges. If one can solve that step 1 it become easy for few more steps to take. Beyond that it depends on how complicated the implementation is and it gets equally challenging.
