Completely agreed - short urinals have the worst user experience for tall or dare I say average height males. In fact the average height in the US is approximately 5' 10". Claiming all urinals should be short ones seems instead l

@gibsonje - similar experience here. Except Rackspace gave notice about a week ahead. The day maintenance was scheduled for it was postponed but without notice. Then the reboots happened across 3 days as opposed to 1 day. Glad they are pa

Rackspace has been patching their Xen stuff for a little over a week now. It's nice having a multi-region / multi-provider setup otherwise the typical Rackspace reboot window (much like UPS deliveries or the cable guy) would'

Pandora's repetitiveness can be frustrating at times especially for long time users of the service. The best option I've found found when creating new channels is to use "Add variety" and avoid the thumbs up / down
