It will surely be appealed. The 'feel good' story aside, this seems problematic. The brother owns 40% of the company and as such he can contest that the price (wages) that the majority shareholder is paying is greater than what th

Hate to use a poker analogy but: Cameron forgot the cardinal rule of gambling. Always leave yourself 'outs'. He raised the stakes when he had little to gain (shut up some dissidents in his party?) and everything to lose. No one fo

This is a LOT of debt to put on the balance sheet of what is (still) a young company facing new entrants into the luxury-electric vehicle market segment.

What are they complaining about. Under the new 'sharing' economy, you don't need to rent one place anymore. You can simply hop week to week from one AirBnB rental to another without being tied down. And you can also hop betwe

Shouldn't there be a lower cost way to figure out WTP, CAC, churn rate, customer purchase journey map, etc. etc. before starting a company and having a large-ish sales/marketing team?

Thanks for sharing. I wish someone had given me this advice years and years ago before I sank my 20s into a soul-less corporation for no benefit.

I'm on Zoloft now as well (who isn't). But its done wonders for me even with the side effects. I suffered from actual psychosomatic dizziness and vertigo which was making life hell and it totally got rid of it.

I think it varies from patient to patient. In my case, 2 separate courses of 6 treatments resulted in almost no short term memory loss.

I wish there was a good program advocating the effectiveness of Electroconvulsive therapy (and maybe some studies around harmful effects on long term usage). I've taken basically every drug on the spectrum (benzos, SSRIs, et.al.) for m

Deeply moving. People fighting the death penalty in Texas deserve our respect no matter where we fall on the issue. They are willing to invest their soul in an uphill battle where the odds are heavily against them.
