I just found some of my old posts on my old site from 2003, where I complain about NAT and UPNP. It's nearly 20 years, and the problems have stayed the same :( NAT was the bandaid that became the permanent solution. It was never meant

Notepad++ with the XML plugins was amazing when I had to maintain 43 XSLT files and massive amounts of XML data. Glad to see they are still doing well.

I worked in this space and personally digitally signed hundreds of documents, using Entrust and FoxIT (Adobe Pro could be used too). I've found sometimes that Preview mangles some PDFs created in Adobe. In addition, there are many case

Just wanted to say THANK YOU as I read your guide to network programming way back in 2000, over 20 years ago! I was just starting out in C network programming on VxWorks :) Glad to see you're still updating your guides.

We only buy Nuance Dragon Naturally speaking for our lawyers. It’s the best product out there. So maybe they want the Dragon technology.

Super anecdotal comment here, but my down arrow key on my Macbook Air M1 2020 was recently sticking. No spills. Removed it, found nothing, and tried to put it back, but now I've cracked the key. Off to the Apple Genius bar I go. I&#x27

Interesting. I just talked to the experts - my 7 year old and 9 year old. They play Roblox sitting side by side on the couch, right beside me. They spend $0 and I just asked them, are you looking to buy anything, and they said "No&quot

I also host a Wordpress site for some non-technical people that are part of the legal community. I chose it because they just need to publish basic info, much like most govt places, and all the non-tech people find it easy to add content. I

I have 3 Pi running, including the original Pi 1. Unfortunately, the Pi 1 is just sucking up electricity. It used to be my main OSMC (Kodi), but that is my Pi 3's job now, and my older Pi (2014) is running PiHole.
