Are you sure? The linked page is thin on information but it does list this as one of the cons: Companies may start LLCs elsewhere, reducing revenue for New York state.

Simple solution: Don't ever incorporate in NY. I know our C-corps are always done in Delaware. Does anyone know the 'best' place for LLC's?

11% over the speed limit (85mph) is completely average. Trust me, I'd prefer no person be allowed to drive. It is insanely dangerous and most people are really bad at it. I worked on autonomous cars about five years ago and I cannot wa

Android-first? I'm pretty sure Apple would never allow an app like Cover since it would rely on all sorts of Private APIs tp take over the home and lock screen. Cover is 'Android-only' not 'Android-first'...

Also completely perplexed by this. The author seems to rush to put up a defense fund websites for high profile tech cases. The same author started a Manning Defense fund quickly after the story broke.

What's XSS an usually worth? I'm guessing it varies by product and company but, I would venture to say about $500-1000. Really puts the $12.50 in company store credit into perspective.

I disagree. Having owned all those phones; I felt the 3GS->4 was a much bigger update to the iPhone compared to 3G->3GS. The 4 introduced the retina display which was far more noticeable than the 3G to 3GS performance increase.

Reducing spammy advertising could easily turn out to be worth more than $150 million to Google if it keeps more people on Android.

Who is complaining about the specs? I seriously doubt many people, even in these parts, buy phones based on the number of cores in the cpu or gpu alone. The big problem I see with the Moto X is the price. A mid-range phone should not be 550

Do you believe it is hard to acquire someones DNA? Mammals shed DNA constantly. If you are interesting enough to people who have enough power to access PRISM you've already lost. I'm sure getting some of your DNA would be trivial.
