I was rather confused when I clicked on it like "why is Adobe open sourcing products that compete with its own commercial products?" Surely that logo is a clearcut example of trademark infringement.

What happened at SFSU (and no doubt in New Zealand as well) was clearly battery, though the authorities are likely to look the other way. Likewise, blockading a private event is likely a criminal act.

They aren't permitting this behavior. But if they were to change their rules to allow these sorts of disruptions, as stupid as that would be, they would have every right to do so and it wouldn't be a violation of anyone's rig

Yeah this article doesn’t talk about it much but Martinez’ memo to Stanford Law students emphasized that point.

As a speaker, you’re free to buy / rent your own private venue and you trespass any hecklers who attempt to threaten your livelihood there by yelling over your speech. You don’t have a right to force a private university to host your s

If you had bothered to read the article before commenting you'd see that the proof is indeed novel, and is unrelated to the previously found trigonometric proof.

It's definitely correct, and quite trivial to verify. It's possible it has been discovered before, but none of the proof compilations I've seen (e.g. cut-the-knot) has it, and the trigonometric proofs I can find involve using

It would seem the valuation is readjusting to the fact that they had to stop growing (and indeed lose revenue in tandem with cutting spending) to become profitable. Since they already have a 250 million dollar preference stack on the books,
