The tooling isn't there, yet, but will come. Someone - I hope Heroku - will make something really good, that developers rather than ops people can use to get something production ready with Docker easily.

You should seriously consider getting an SSD > 5400rpm drive, if you can afford it. It makes a massive difference.

Multisig would be good, especially if it's actually a address keypair, as it would allow you to verify the balance held exists.
