Isn't the solution to only allow caching using the key if it's over https (to stop modification) AND in the original HTML (i.e. not added afterwards by JS). Limiting, but would cover above.

You did; there is nothing wrong - but it's a choice. I.e. your site being down is your fault ultimately, not AWS's - you choose AWS (instead of many other choices OR making something with multiple, etc). Blaming it upstream is hid

The SWF description is pure garbage; it's got nothing to do with EC2, or IronWorker at all. Oddly, I think it's named sanely - it lets you setup and manage a workflow using small bits of code.
