I am using keycloak for quite a while. The main problem I have with it is that you can't get a link to reset a password, you have to issue an api that does it for you. In fact that is how most of the product goes. It is very opinionate

To me it sounds like a corner case. Example: a) UUID4, CreatedTime/UpdatedTime. b) Bigint, CreatedTime/UpdatedTime. c) UUID7 internal (which also includes time badly), UUID4 external/whatever short ID. How exactly this helps
