How would consumers find out about you? If I buy something online, I would call merchant first, then bank. How would I find out to use you first vs. going to merchant and/or bank? Thanks!

I've noticed that a lot of sites I visit (facebook, etc.) redirect to the wrong site. I think this is a DNS issue... and even though I change to 8.8.8.8, the problem still persists... Does anyone else notice this issue? Happens usually once
