Sure is.. Here is one that has been practising just that [1]. The cop even remarks on how she's never seen anyone do that! [1] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=beNPsSRV_5U

Yeah, I've seen those tests on "cops". I drink maybe two bottles of beer in a year and I'm sure I would have failed some of those tests like saying the alphabet backwards!

At least in Norway these are only used as an indicator not evidence, they take the suspected drunk into custody and draw a blood test. If the test show no alcohol then the person is released. None of these field tests are accurate, not for

The taking of quality of life is a given anyway, there simply is not enough stuff to satisfy everyone. There are already large parts of the population in the US living in poverty and the middle class is being decimated.

This analysis assumes that we can continue on the current consumption spree and growth in energy usage as before. It has to be a combination and there will have to be painful adjustments to the current western lifestyle. We need to find bet

Paid political ads gives the ones with the most money an unfair advantage it's as simple as that. I'm all for the actions of twitter in this case but it really should be mandated by law.

Thanks for the source. It only lists raw energy use and not greenhouse gas emissions though. I'm a bit surprised since the tables I've seen have train emission at the very bottom, but most of what I have seen is from Europe but we

Do you have any articles or studies where you can see the CO2 output pr passengers with train on diesel vs electric (sourced from various hydrocarbons) vs air travel? It would be interesting to see actual numbers and you seem to have studie

In Norway political TV adds are banned, I wish it would apply to all media. The democracy works much better when you have to make a proper argument instead of just having the best ad. I'd also like to ban political polling, it is used

Yes, I know especially model 3 owners are less happy with V10 than V9 in this regards. I've had the opposite experience with the X.

I use autopilot even on small roads even if it's not designed for it. After V10 it also handles roads without a centre line just fine. However I do pay attention and keep my hands on the wheel, I think autopilot + human is much safer t

Don't you have the "EU-control" every two years to make sure the car doesn't pollute too much? That is the case in Norway at least and we're not even part of the EU fully.

I signed up for youtube premium as soon as it as available here. Same with a lot of other sites. Definitively worth the money and I won't have to have a bad consciousness for running ublock.

I've often tried to explain to marketeers at work that marketing to the wrong people will create negative sentiment and lower sales, but I can never get them to do any tests of it. It's all about having the maximum number of peopl

I read it as "Pig fjord" or "Pig Bay", but that is in Cuba. Edit: ah, I see from a sibling comment that is indeed from Norwegian. I guess I got confused about the fiord thing and though it was a local name at first!

I guess the reliability is for the fossil up :) But beauty is as always in the eye of the beerholder. I don't really fancy how the back of the e-up looks either, but I didn't mind the ID3 all that much.

I have a 2015 e-up, it's very fun to drive and it has 210 nm of torque. My Toyota Avensis had 150 (at peak RPM). It's like driving a go-cart in the city and it charges 75% capacity in about 15 minutes on fast chargers (enough for
