Great for me as a Google shareholder. Bad as an Angeleno fighting SoCal traffic. No GPS/maps system seems to offer the option for FasTrak or carpool lane. No GPS/maps system offers a way to tell a driver in a carpool lane if they

A friend and fellow ex-Wall Streeter notes: "All hedge funds are smart. Period. End of story. Whenever you can gamble with other people's money and get paid on the wins and eat none of the losses, that's the real win. Anything after that is

AngelList does 6 year vesting with its own employees. I convinced a startup I work with to do 6 year vesting, including my adviser shares (though I had some vest upfront for all the work I put in). More startups should do this, including wi

VCs are quite smart. Where else can you charge 2 and 20 for long-term returns below the far less risky small cap index funds? http://www.kauffman.org/uploadedFiles/vc-enemy-is-us-report....

Startup investor here. I do lots of video calls, practically all on Hangout. No founder has ever had an issue figuring it out. YMMV.

Dear Google Maps Team, This is very helpful, thanks. And the rest of us aren't looking for places to eat in the Mission using public transit. (BTW, folks in the Mission skateboard, bike or walk.) Anyhoo, some of us live in L.A. We drive som

Mean but juicy. Kudos on stirring the pot. Sheryl's book - and the important topics it addresses - were at risk of being a bit forgotten. Your review could help change that.
