Everything surrounding immigration is a giant gaping hole in the Constitution. The gestapo stops people up to 100 miles from the border, with no probable cause or articulated suspicion that they are even non citizens. Systematically. CBP

Putin is a bad boy, he should go home! Happy? Occam's razor is not a law. We live in reality. 'Europe' still doesn't have kaliningrad back. Justice is a tool, not a suicide pact.

First of all, I entirely reject your premise. Second of all, I want to really zero in on "we don't tolerate." I want to know who we is, and how they plan on stopping me from expressing my feelings. Because last I checked we

At the risk of being accused of a slippery slope, you could use similar logic to control speech of others too. I think the real justification is part of prison is living a life of servitude where you basically have no control and everyone e

I'd argue jail itself is a form of torture. It's quite barbaric and shocking we do it for anything beyond violent crime.

The government literally had to show up for the market for murder, with their own offerings, on silk road before they even were able to attempt to litigate it. We need the government so badly, because if a dark market shows up their inform

Sure it being against the law allows an arrest. But in reality someone usually has to call it in, and unless there is a reward in it for them their real reason is it is bothering them somehow. If you grill at the park, beer in hand, while
